Richer Countries should help poorer countries that do not have enough clean water

Water is the important matter which sustains the human lives and all natural creatures. Not all people were born to flashing money around, to have a high standard of living or even worse, to have an access to clean water. Many people still lack of clean water, nutrition food, hygiene, and primary healthcare. Imagine how hard is it to live without clean water and sanitation for the entire life. Will you willing to live if you are thirsty to death? Therefore, knowing how hard life the poor people have to live with such horrible situation makes all of us feel that we should do something to help them which the middle-class and the rich people should concern about this the most. .  Instead of all the rich countries population living an ostentatious life, individuals can tone down their spending a little bit and use that money to buy the poor tons of water. It's true that the world is black and white, rich and poor but we will not just watch other people dying for water. For the sake of moral and humanity, the rich countries, including ourselves, should help poor countries to carry on their lives.
