Richer Countries should help poorer countries that do not have enough clean water
Water is the important matter which sustains the human lives and all natural creatures. Not all people were born to flashing money around, to have a high standard of living or even worse, to have an access to clean water. Many people still lack of clean water, nutrition food, hygiene, and primary healthcare. Imagine how hard is it to live without clean water and sanitation for the entire life. Will you willing to live if you are thirsty to death? Therefore, knowing how hard life the poor people have to live with such horrible situation makes all of us feel that we should do something to help them which the middle-class and the rich people should concern about this the most. . Instead of all the rich countries population living an ostentatious life, individuals can tone down their spending a little bit and use that money to buy the poor tons of water. It's true that the world is black and white, rich and poor but we will not just watch other people dying for water. For the sake of moral and humanity, the rich countries, including ourselves, should help poor countries to carry on their lives.

See how is it easy to writer or to say this sentence but, nowadays the countries deal with other country in way of " I will give you water but, what you will give me ? ".

The secound thing ' how can the rich countries transfer the water'

@yousif: Yes, you both are right. the developed or developing countries will think of the profit first. if they get something in return by helping the poor, they probably want to help.
however, these days, there are several projects implemented the fundraising or granted the money to the no-clean-water-and-poor countries. Helping the poor might slow down the rich countries's economy and diminish the government's budget and so on. For any reasons you are about to say,them all are true. they can help the poor more or less if they want to though.
@hassan: there are lots of ways to give them clean water e.g, build the water pipe, the big tank of water that needs the power, wells, etc.
awww, yeah the rich should help the poor of course. I think it is almost obvious that things is done with reasons and some reasons are not revealed in reality or public like what yousef said. But, I hope we all can just live moderately, peacefully and happily together.
